1099 For Tax Year 2025 Will Be Available No Later Than January 31, 2026 Via an Email from Track1099

You will ONLY receive a 1099 from Techlink Services LLC if the following IRS rules apply:

✅ You WILL receive a 1099 if the following applies:

W9: Box 3a Federal Tax Classification you checked:

• Individual / Sole Proprietor
• Partnership
• Partnership LLC
• If you were PAID $600 or more in 2025

❌You WILL NOT receive a 1099 if the following applies:

W9: Box 3a Federal Tax Classification you checked:

• C corporation
• S corporation
• LLC S corporation
• LLC C corporation
• If you were PAID less than $600 in 2025

If you qualify per IRS guidelines to receive a 1099, it will be emailed to you via a link from Track1099 no later than January 31, 2026.
